Flora Antoniazzi is part of the project DEI as a Moralized Market, funded by the Carlsberg Foundation. In her research, she investigates the market for Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion consulting in Denmark by focusing on key actors, dominant ethical values, and the complex dynamics of selling DEI services to organizations. Her work examines what motivates DEI consultants to enter this burgeoning field, how they balance ethical values and business imperatives, and the types of initiatives they design to foster environments.
Before joining CBS, Flora earned her MA in Social Policy from the University of Bremen and gained practical experience in gender and diversity consulting as well as a political advisor forlabor market policy with the German Trade Union Confederation in Berlin.
