New PhD student Þorsteinn Sigurður Sveinsson will join PeRCent on November 1, 2016. The PhD scholarship is sponsored by the Central Bank of Iceland. Þorsteinn Sigurður Sveinsson’s research deals with macroeconomic and distributional effects of changing demographics.

Þorsteinn Sigurður Sveinsson is former research assistant at the Department of Economics.
