Ulf Nielsson has been appointed Senior Fellow at Advance HE

Ulf Nielsson, Professor at the Department of Finance, has been appointed Senior Fellow at Advance HE.

Advance HE is a globally recognized accreditation organization with a framework for benchmarking success in higher education teaching. Although it originated in the UK, its influence is expanding worldwide, awarding quality badges across four HEA Fellowship categories: Associate Fellowship, Fellowship, Senior Fellowship, and Principal Fellowship.

The title of HEA Senior Fellow is highly esteemed, as reflected by the membership numbers. Senior Fellowship is awarded to professionals who meet Descriptor 3 (D3) criteria of the UK Professional Standards Framework (UKPSF) for teaching and supporting learning in higher education. 

It is intended for individuals whose deep understanding and effective practices enable them to lead or influence the teaching and learning practices of others, such as peers, colleagues, and mentees, who contribute to high-quality learning and support.
