I am a PhD fellow with a focus on equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) in the workplace. As part of the research project EDI as a moralized market, I aim to conceptualize EDI as a moral market through identifying the key actors, their roles and positionalities and thus, understand how, by whom and why this moral market is socially constructed. I am particularly interested in how the moral market literature can contribute to a new understanding of EDI as more than an economic resource for organizations.
I am a sociologist and political scientist by training with a MA in Social Policy from the University of Bremen (Socium Research Center of Social Policy and Inequality). Prior to joining CBS I worked with gender and diversity in the labor market at the German Trade Union Confederation in Berlin and as a consultant for diversity and inclusion in organizations.
