Ricky Celenta is a Postdoctoral Researcher in Social Entrepreneurship at Copenhagen Business School. He holds a PhD in Big Data Management from the University of Salerno (Italy). His research focuses on entrepreneurial approaches aimed at creating a positive societal impact. He studies the digital transformation of organizations as a means to support the implementation of social and sustainable innovation. Another area of interest is corporate entrepreneurship as a company strategy for sustainable innovation.
