Department of Management, Society and Communication
I specialize in interdisciplinary research in the field of public finance and public governance aimed at openness, transparency and fiscal accountability in public budgeting. My work spans various sectors including education, defense and public safety. I explore the possibilities of public-private partnerships and hybrid governance models, assessing their impact on society.
Currently, my area of interest is "Openness and transparency in budgeting in the defense and security sector of Ukraine", with an emphasis on fiscal accountability and allocation of resources for national defense. I am committed to integrating the principles of green transition and sustainable development into public finance management, drawing inspiration from global practice, particularly in the EU and Scandinavian countries. My goal is to strengthen budget processes, ensuring readiness for new security challenges and contributing to the stable post-war reconstruction of Ukraine
