I hold a Master from CBS in Business, Language and Culture (cand.merc.int), and has since then worked in both private and public organisations, mainly in management positions. I am a certified coach, and hold certifications in several personality profile tools. I am currently an Associate Professor at Zealand, and have a very long experience within the field of teaching, both within various academic programmes and within the field of management consulting.  My main fields of interests are organisation, strategy, innovation, business communication, comparable culture studies, business development and sustainability management.
