Department of Strategy and Innovation

Astrid is a PhD Fellow at the Department of Strategy and Innovation. She holds a Bachelor’s degree (BA) from the University of Southern Denmark in International Business Communication in English (International Marketing) and a Master’s degree (MA) from Copenhagen Business School in International Business Communication (Intercultural Marketing).

Astrid’s research interests lie in the field of academic researchers and gender inequality. She is currently working on a project about Parenthood and Gender Inequality in Science under the supervision of Prof. Valentina Tartari and H.C. Kongsted.
