Jan Trzaskowski chaired BiDEM conference on 19 October

On 19 October 2022, Professor Jan Trzaskowski chaired the BiDEM conference that explored when personalisation of online content amounts to discrimination. Keynote speakers included former Advocate General Henrik Saugmandsgaard Øe and Professor Eric Clemons (Wharton School) and Avishalom Tor (Notre Dame). The event was organised under the Business in Democracy Initiative (BiDEM) and CBS LAW, and it was hosted by Gorrissen Federspiel law firm.
