United in the Diversity of Europe

International Seminar on European Identity and the new Constitutional Treaty

Onsdag, 4 maj, 2005 - 15:00 to 17:30

By November 2006 all the countries of the European Union must ratify the new European Constitution as the long term goal for the new and enlarged EU.

After the admission of the Eastern European states to the EU, there has been a need for several reforms and a strengthening of the cooperation to ensure that our European community is a proper and active player in both Europe and on the global scene.

To bring the diversity of the European community into focus, as well as the many similarities and common values shared by young people across Europe, a group of young Dutch,

www.25xEurope.com, chose to take turns at visiting all countries of the enlarged union during 2005 with the purpose, as Roanne van Voorst puts it, of "showing the real Europe and the new, young European way of living".

25xEurope will visit Copenhagen Business School and take part in this international seminar.
