IDEFICS project workshop

Professors Lucia Reisch and Suzanne Beckmann and Research Fellow Wencke Gwozdz, all from Institute of Intercultural Communication and Management, will be hosting a workshop on 9-12 November 2009 in relation to the IDEFICS Project, which is an intercultural comparative study of children's food socialization.

The study involves data from nine European countries and includes research into and development of intervention programmes promoting healthy diets & exercise. Lucia Reisch is chairing the Working Area on "Consumer Science" together with Professor Suzanne Beckamnn, IKL, in this 13 million EUR five year Integrated Project (IP) with 31 partners all over Europe.
