New University Director to strengthen CBS Accounting Management

Peter Pietras new University Director as of 1 September 2006

With the apppointment of Peter Pietras CBS gets a new University Directory with an extensive experience in management and great strenght in the area of accounting management.

Together with the President and the two new Deans Peter Pietras will form the coming new CBS management group. As such he will take an active part in the restructuring of the CBS organisation.

As one of his first and most important assigments Peter Pietras will be in charge of the development and implementation of a new management accounting system and procedure.

Acting University Director Gert Bechlund is at the same time appointed Campus Director.

Peter Pietras, age 40, holds a PhD in Accounting Management. His present position is Chief Development Officer in the Danish Companies and Commerce Agency, and before that he held the position as Head of the Development Division, Ministry of Finance. At present Peter Pietras is completing the last part of CBS’ Executive MBA Programme.
