Danes like their boss the most

Ranstad has asked employees in 25 countries around the world how happy they are with their boss. Danes are the most happy as 84 pct. are either happy or very happy with their boss. Sverre Raffnsøe, Professor at Copenhagen Business School, finds that to be consistent with the Danish tradition for a high degree of trust between employer and employee.
