Seminar: Thresholds, bureaucracy and language: failure or opportunity in EU regulation of public procurement

The Law Department invites Pedro Telles, Lecturer at Bangor University Law School to give a seminar on public procurement. The seminar will be held on Monday, 12. November 2012.

About Pedro Telles

Pedro Telles is a lecturer at Bangor University Law School, teaching Media Law, European Legal Systems and Startup Law. He is also a public procurement specialist at the INTERREG funded €3.7 million Winning in Tendering project.

His research interests are focused in competitive dialogue, low value procurement and procurement of innovation. He is a regularly speaker at international conferences on such topics.
