I am interested in how leadership unfolds and is ‘produced’ in daily work interactions between formal leaders and different organizational members. I am especially interested in how followers become leadership actors and the role of shared leadership in innovation. In my PhD project, I study moments of interaction between formal leaders and specialists in two knowledge-intensive organizations to find out what interactional practices are enabling or constraining the emergence of proactive, shared leadership.
Through the last 10 years I have been working with organizational and leadership development (including coaching, supervision, teaching, process consultation etc.) as a psychologist and senior consultant in Attractor / Rambøll Management Consulting, Mannaz and in UKON, where I’m settled now and working on my industrial PhD.
