Peter Koerver Schmidt talked about CFC legislation in the Nordic countries at Bergen conference (hosted by NHH/UiB)

Professor WSR Peter Koerver Schmidt recently gave a presentation titled “The Current and Future Role of CFC Legislation in the Nordic Countries” at a conference held in Bergen, Norway.  The conference was organized in collaboration between the University of Bergen and the Norwegian School of Economics with financial support from the Norwegian Tax Administration.

Peter’s presentation was mainly based on a co-authored article published in European Taxation, 2021, vol. 61, issue 10.
