Mark Ørberg succesfully defended his PhD within Foundation Law on 4 May

We are delighted to announce that Mark Ørberg succesfully defended his PhD dissertation "Foundation Law and The Living Charter" (Danish: "Fondsretten og den levende vedtægt") this Wednesday at Solbjerg Plads, Copenhagen Business School, and we want to congratulate him for now holding the title as PhD within the area of Foundation Law.
