Præsentation

Vishv Priya Kohli is employed as associate professor of Law & Management at the Department of Business Humanities and Law at Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. Her research interest primarily lies in the area of Intellectual Property Law, where she has a specific focus on counterfeiting in the pharmaceutical sector in the EU. In addition, Priya is carrying out research on the new EU regulation on Geographical Indications (GI) and its impact on the craft sector within the EU. Specifically, she is studying the reverberations of the GI Regulation on Intellectual Property Rights, Competition, and Innovation.
