On 3rd September 2009 the Law Department of CBS hosted a workshop on the design and delivery of master-level modules in public procurement. All partners were represented at the workshop to either present or take part in discussion sessions.

The European Legal Framework for the Provision of Services of General Interest/Public Services has been in a state of transformation since the early 1990s, causing profound effects on the social and economic policies pursued by the Member States. This examination of the impact of EC internal market, competition, state aid and procurement law on the provision of these services focuses in particular on the fields of health services, social services and local public services.

At this years Nordic Climate Solutions associate professor, Jakob Bundgaard from the Law Department and CORIT will moderate the session under the heading: "Optimizing the Framework Conditions for Renewable Energy" on sept. 8 in Bella Center.
