HA(jur.) - erhvervsøkonomi og erhvervsjura

HA(jur.) handler om virksomheders muligheder og forpligtelser. Du lærer, hvordan virksomheder kan opnå gode økonomiske resultater og opfylde forretningsmæssige mål inden for de juridiske grænser.

    Økonomi og matematik
Det ene fagområde på HA(jur.) udgør økonomiske forhold i virksomheden, men samfundsøkonomien indgår også. Emnerne relaterer sig til de økonomiske områder, der supplerer erhvervsjuraen meningsfuldt. Matematik bruges som redskab i flere fag.
    Jura
På HA(jur.) koncentrerer juraen sig om den del af lovgivningen i Danmark og EU, der er relevant for virksomheder. Du beskæftiger dig med, hvordan forskellige erhvervsjuridiske forhold sætter rammen for forretningsmæssige handlemuligheder.
    Internationale virksomhedsforhold
På HA(jur.) er der fokus på de forhold, som EU stiller for danske virksomheders aktiviteter i udlandet, særligt i andre EU-lande. Du arbejder eks. med problemstillinger, der relaterer sig til virksomheders import og eksport af varer i EU.
    Opstart og udvikling af virksomheder
En del af fagene på HA(jur.) berører både de økonomiske og juridiske emner og problemstillinger, der er relevante ved opstart af virksomheder samt ud- og afvikling af eksisterende virksomheder.

The BSc IB gives you a broad understanding of business economics and strategy in a global context. You learn how companies analyse and adapt to the complex opportunities and risks inherent when an organisation does business internationally.

At the BSc IB the international environment in which companies operate is examined, together with insigths into companies and how they are structured and operated.
    Economics and maths
You work with economics both at the firm level and at a national or international level. You will gain knowledge about how companies interact with their customers and competitors.
    People in organisations
You learn about what motivates employees and how to monitor the quality of their work. You are also taught about the different levels of management in international organisations.
    Communication in companies
You learn about communication in companies that operates in international markets, how cultural differences can affect communication and how to handle the difficulties that arise.

At the BSc Soc. you learn how people act and cooperate with each other in organisations, markets and society.

You work with economics in a company both in a national and international context. You will gain an understanding of how a company is structured and organized and how the national and international economy can affect it.
    Communication in companies
You gain a broad knowledge of how people communicate with each other and how they develop a common language within a company. The focus is only on communication between people in organisations and not on more general communication theory.
