If transformation is the answer of our time, what is the question?
The Danish welfare state is undergoing transformation. Public organizations formulate visions, develop strategies, and apply concepts that express desires and hopes for fundamental transformative changes in society. This includes concepts such as radical innovation, adaptive algorithms, agile strategies, technological disruption, and potentiality management. The leadership challenges of our time revolve around time itself and aspirations for a radically different future.
