13:40 Inaugural Lecture: Copenhagen Consensus: Prioritization Everywhere from Environment to Global Development by Adjunct Professor Bjørn Lomborg

In this lecture Bjørn Lomborg will discuss the CC, its foundations, process and results. He will also show how the CC needs not just be thought of as a specific event, prioritizing global public goods, but how the methodology more generally can be used to encourage prioritization within countries or policy areas
