PhD defence: Christian Casper Hofma
Immersive technologies, like head-mounted displays, are not widely adopted and used in the architect, engineering and construction industry. To understand why I use organizational routines theory and the imbrication lens on e.g. observational data. An important finding is that immersion can be an obstacle for organizations when enrolling these technologies into their routines.
