"My main research areas are performance evaluations and incentive mechanisms. I am involved in both theoretical and applied projects integrating state of the art benchmarking techniques like Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) with incentive design. Examples of this are performance based bonus schemes and yardstick regulation. Also, a particular interest of mine is cooperatives and how to design profit and cost sharing schemes that motivate and coordinate the autonomous members of a cooperative."
