A new world, a new Executive MBA and a new Program Director
Poul Hedegaard takes charge of the Full-time, Blue and Executive MBA programs.
Poul Hedegaard is an MBA expert who has specialised on the development of executive non-degree programs in Denmark, India, USA and Europe. He has worked with every aspect – from demand analysis and concept development to positioning and marketing. Most recently, he has transformed programs at DiEU (now Mannaz) and at the Danish Centre for Leadership.

MBA programs based on research and practical experience
Poul Hedegaard believes that many MBA programs have been debased by failing to move with the times. He expects that current and future leaders who apply for accredited executive programs in the years to come will adopt a more critical approach and believes CBS will benefit from this: -

Poul is very comfortable with the requirement to reconcile academia with practice. He has now been provided with the opportunity to continue the development and evolution of triple-accredited world-class MBA programs alongside Academic Director, Jesper Rangvid who, earlier this year, was appointed chairman of an expert committee that is to examine the causes of the current financial crisis.
It is Poul Hedegaard's ambition to make the Executive MBA programs as renowned outside Denmark as the Full-time MBA where 4 out of 5 students are international.
Poul Hedegaard is 51 years old and holds a Masters Degree in Political Science from Aarhus University and an MBA from EIPM in Geneva.
