Professor (mso) Bo T. Christensen wins the 2019 Fonnesbeck TAP/VIP Employee Award

Congratulations to Professor (mso) Bo T. Christensen and the rest of the Studyboard for HA/CM (psyk) for winning the 2019 Fonnesbech TAP/VIP Employee award, amounting to DKK 75, 000. They receive the award in appreciation of their extraordinary collaboration in the development, planning, and implementation of the grade-free first-year project at the HA (psyk) study program. The development and planning of the grade-free first-year project, with only six months of preparation, has been an extraordinary effort with significant changes in program structure, teaching methods, continuous feedback, and assessment activities. The program change has led to a cultural shift amongst the students with more emphasis on student collaboration and learning, and less on competition and evaluation, leading to lower anxiety and stress related issues amongst the students.
