Professor Henrik Lando has just published a co-authored article with H Bretan (Chief Council for BT AMERICAS HOLDINGS, INC) for the Journal of Strategic Contracting and Negotiation.
 
The article "Accelerating business-to-business contract negotiations: Moving from one-sided to balanced standard contract terms" argues for writing up more balanced contract terms and conditions when parties enter into a contract, as the common use of disproportionate boilerplate terms and conditions often ends up causing long and costly negotations delaying the transaction and execution of the contract.
