On 10 September 2022, Professor WSR Jan Trzaskowski presented his research on the intersection between data protection and marketing law at the Uniwersytet Warszawski conference 'Digital Law & Policy – Proportionality Principle In IT Regulation', which specifically concerned what the proportionality principle means for information technologies (IT) and digital economy regulation.
