Peter Arnt Nielsen was keynote speaker at the 2022 EAPIL conference

The EAPIL - European Association of Private International Law, which was founded in 2019 and includes several hundred members, convened its first conference over the course of 3 days in June at Aarhus Universitet, Denmark.

 

Professor Peter Arnt Nielsen was the keynote speaker and discussed the institutional framework for EU cooperation in international civil and commercial law. In addition, he called attention to some potential new directions for the EU collaboration. The speeches at the conference will be published in an anthology in 2023.
