Peter Koerver Schmidt presented on legal pragmatism at Gothenburg University Tax Law Seminar Series

On 30 May 2022, Professor Peter Koerver Schmidt visited Gothenburg University, Sweden, and gave a presentation as part of the Tax Law Academy Seminar Series hosted by the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg. Specifically, Peter presented his recently published paper titled "Legal Pragmatism – A Useful and Adequate Explanatory Model for Danish Adjudication on Tax Avoidance?".
