I am an assistant professor at the Department of International Economics, Government and Business. I study managerial decision-making, with a particular interest in questions related to organizational inequality (mostly based on ethnicity and gender), organizational misconduct, and internationalization.
My work covers a variety of empirical settings including large public corporations, entrepreneurial firms, and sports.
