Simone Manfredi is a PhD student in the Department of Social and Political Sciences at the University of Milan and a research fellow at SDA Bocconi School of Management in the Government, Health and Non Profit division, where he is affiliated with CeRGAS.

His research interests include social policy design, social innovation, and collaborative governance. His recent work focuses on work-life balance policies, particularly on their local implementation, as well as on evaluating the social impact of public and private non-profit organizations.
