Præsentation

Negar Mansouri is a postdoctoral researcher at the European Research Council Advanced Grant Project ‘Global Value Chain Law: Constituting Connectivity, Contracts and Corporations (GLOBALVALUE). She obtained a PhD (summa cum laude avec felicitation de jury) and an MA in international law from the Geneva Graduate Institute, an MA in public international law from Shahid Beheshti University in Tehran, Iran and a Bachelor of Laws from the Imam Khomeini International University in Qazvin, Iran. Negar was recently a Kathleen Fitzpatrick Visiting Fellow at the Melbourne Law School’s Laureate Programme in Global Corporation and International Law. During her doctoral studies, she also completed research stays at the Queen Mary University London School of Politics and International Relations and the Eric Castrén Institute at the University of Helsinki’s Faculty of Law

Negar’s research interests are in law and political economy, critical political economy, history and theory of international law, and business history, amongst othersHer works have appeared in the London Review of International Law, the Journal of History of International Law, and the International Organizations Law Review, amongst others. She has also co-edited a volume titled Ways of Seeing International Organizations: Perspectives for International Institutional Law, forthcoming with the Cambridge University Press and in 2025. 

Negar is fluent in English and Farsi and has a working knowledge of French.
