Pedro Henrique Carlos is a PhD fellow at the Department of Business Humanities and Law, Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. His research examines viniculture and the wine industry global value chains in Brazil and Chile in a comparative perspective.
Pedro holds a Law Degree from the Higher Education CenterIESB (Brazil), and a Master of Laws in Agrarian Law from theFederal University of Goiás (UFG – Brazil). He has practical and research experience in constitutional and administrative law, intellectual property rights, food sovereignty, biodiversity and seeds.
