- Center for Organizational Research on Impact (CORI)
Jane Bjørn Vedel conducts organizational research on impact and the organization and management of innovation in interorganizational relationships. Her current research focuses on how field-level changes in financial structures affect the outcomes and institutionalized form of organizations, studied in the context of higher education. She leads two collective research projects: GRAND (funded by the Carlsberg Foundation 2022-2025) which focuses on the organizational impact of large-scale funding across multiple cases (university faculties and departments) and GRANDER (funded by Novo Nordisk Foundation 2023-2029) that explores the impact of very large research centers longitudinally in a single case study. Her work has been published in leading journals such as Journal of Management Studies, Research Policy, European Management Review, Industry and Innovation, Innovation: Organization & Management, and Social Studies of Science.
