Prior teaching experience: I have taught project management at master level at University of Southern Denmark as an External Lecturer.
Throughout my career I have worked within the field of project, program and portfolio management with a key focus on implementing change across organizational and cultural boundaries. Primarily I have work on global ERP programs as well as building Program Management Offices from scratch.
I have held various management positions also within the field of project & portfolio management.
I have worked at companies such as Hewlett-Packard, SimCorp, Ørsted, Leo Pharma, Railnet Denmark and GN.
I supervise in the fields of:

- management of transformations
- national and organizational culture
