I have a PhD in Psychology and over 24 years’ experience in teaching at the university level, and in leadership and organisational development consulting, working with audiences from across the world. Both in my teaching and leadership and organisational development work, I draw upon insights from behavioural sciences, developing and deploying reflective, immersive, and experiential processes to help individuals, and organizations realise their yearnings for development and change. I teach within the broader area of leadership and organizational change and development with a focus on understanding and navigating identity complexity, power, hierarchy and diversity.
