I am employed as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Operations Management at Copenhagen Business School. I hold a B.Sc. in General Management, a M.Sc. in Diversity and Change Management, and I have written a Ph.D. on industrial service provision.
My main research interest revolves around service provision, relating both to professional services and to product-centric firms that actively work on their service portfolio. I want to know what is "good" service? To answer this question, I draw on operations management and thoughts relating to accounting&accountability, diversity&inclusion, and responsibility.
This interest is also reflected in my teaching. I teach courses on service management, managerial and organisational economics, accounting, and pricing across a broad range of different Bachelor and Master programmes.
