Björn Lundqvist publishes two new articles

Björn Lundqvist has published two articles regarding the PSI directive, one by International Review of Intellectual Property and Competition Law (IIC) (published online 26 January 2013), captioned "Turning government data into gold" The Interface between EU Competition Law and the Public Sector Information Directive - with some comments on the Compass-case". The other article will soon be published by Tidsskrift for Rettsvitenskap, vol. 126, 1-2/2013, s. 196-230. ISSN 0040-7143 and is titled "Det svenska och danska genomförandet av PSI-Direktivet - och hur de bör uppdateras i ljuset av det nya PSI-direktivet".
