New book - 'Kædeansvar' by CBS professors Marie-Louise Holle and Ruth Nielsen

Marie-Louise Holle, Associate professor at CBS, has published a new book together with CBS Professor Ruth Nielsen. The book, “Kædeansvar”, is about liability in subcontracting chains especially those involving public contracts. Among the many issues which this topic gives rise to are contracts, torts, labour law, EU law and international public law. The book is published at Ex Tuto Publishing.
