Præsentation
Randøy is a Professor of Corporate Governance. He has published more than 50 scholarly articles in journals such as Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Business Venturing, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Journal of Business Ethics, and Journal of Banking and Finance. He is currently an editor with Corporate Governance: An International Review. Randøy values the interaction with business practice, and he is currently serving on five corporate boards, two as chairman, of which two firms are publicly listed (MTI Investment SE and Sparebanken Sør) and three are private.
