I am a PhD Student at the Graduate School of Social and Behavioural Sciences at the University of Konstanz (Germany) and member of the project “Transparency in Content Moderation”. Using field-experiments and computational methods, my PhD-project evolves around auditing algorithmic decisions of Social Media platforms to get a better understanding how platforms automatically moderate content and how this affects political behavior.
My research interests are within Computational Social Science, especially in how large unstructured data sources can help to answer questions grounded in comparative politics, political communication and political economy. Furthermore, I am particularly interested in extreme-right political actors.
Before starting my PhD, I obtained a MSc in Social Data Science from the University of Copenhagen and worked as a pre-doc at the Department of International Economics, Government and Business at Copenhagen Business School, where I remain affiliated.
