Troels Michael Lilja and Søren Friis at Christiansborg

On January 22, 2020 Troels Michael Lilja, CBS LAW, co-hosted a debate at Christiansborg on the future of corporate law together with the Danish Entrepreneurs' Association and Tommy Ahlers. In addition to presentations from Troels Michael Lilja and Søren Friis Hansen, CBS LAW, there were presentations from Experian, FSR, University of Copenhagen, University of Aarhus, and Beierholm, and participants from, among others, Dansk Erhverv, Dansk Industri, Danske Advokater, the Danish Business Authorities, ASE, University of Southern Denmark, Finans Danmark, Lederne, representatives from the entrepreneurial environment and the political parties. Former Minister Tommy Ahlers chaired the meeting, and the results will lead to possible solutions to the problems that have arisen after the abolition of entrepreneurial companies.
