Prof. Dolores Romero Morales (ECON) will chair the Programme Committee of the EURO 2022 Conference

EURO-k conferences are the major events of the Association of European Operational Research Societies (EURO). They are international forums for scientific communication and cooperation among Operational Researchers, not only from European countries, who are active in all the diverse areas of Operational Research, and to serve the free exchange of new ideas and promising research results.

The scientific program of EURO 2022 includes outstanding plenary, keynote and tutorial talks presenting the contributions of Operational Research to timely grand challenges such as COVID-19, humanitarian decision making and collaboration, catastrophe risk management, fairness in resource allocation, and the transformation of our energy, industrial, and mobility systems. The invited speakers will review state-of-the-art techniques from continuous optimization, discrete optimization, bilevel optimization, and robust optimization. In addition, this year we will have a special round table session dedicated to research funding with speakers from academia, industry and the public sector.
