The digital revolution continues to transform most aspects of our daily life. A next step in the digital revolution is the transformation of the payment system. This transformation has already begun with the introduction of credit cards, internet banks, pay pal account, SMS payments, BIT coins, Google wallet etc. Now national payment infrastructures are under attack. The cashless society project deals with this transformation and during the presentation some of the results will be presented and some of the new projects are outlined.
