Books and articles on your company's doorstepYou can order books and articles from the CBS Library print collections.

CBS Alumni are always welcome at CBS Library. Besides borrowing books, you can access online articles, e-books, and databases via the computers available in the library. During the
staffed opening hours, you can get help with information search and other library-related questions.
Free delivery of books to your home addressWe offer free shipment by mail of loans from CBS Library collections to private addresses in Denmark. It is no longer an option to order materials from other libraries through CBS Library. Instead, you can use
library.dk and collect the books at your local public library.

Password: You have received an e-mail with a temporary password on 25 February 2021. At first login, you can change the password.
Loan period and renewalsMaterials are automatically renewed 3 days before the return date if the materials are not reserved. If the materials are reserved the usual recall procedure is initiated. Automatic renewal of materials has a maximum period of 1 year.
Use
Libsearch to check the loan period and renew if you wish to do that yourself.

CBS Library is a public library. You can access most of our electronic resources on-site and borrow most of our books.
Getting a library card1.
Log in to Libsearch using MitID2. Important! After logging in, go to your account "Library Card" -> Personal Details -> Edit Details and add your address, e-mail and phone number. Otherwise, we cannot send you reminders and reservation notices.
3. Choose a PIN -> "Update PIN or Login Credentials" to be able to borrow items. Use your yellow card (social security card) as a library card.
If you do not have MitID, please contact
udl.lib@cbs.dk and include a picture ID.
Loans, renewals, and returnsThe default loan period is 4 weeks.
You can take out as many materials as you want.

Fees and remindersA fee is payable if an item is overdue – please see
regulations & fees at CBS LibraryContact the library to register your e-mail address and mobile phone no. if you wish to receive notifications, reminders, and reservation information by e-mail or SMS.
Remote patron - delivery at your doorstepCBS Library offers to send materials to your home address at the cost of DKK 50 per item.

udl.lib@cbs.dk to have your data updated.
Processing time is 1-2 business days for books on the shelf. Books in circulation will be reserved and sent to you when returned. For information on loan periods and fees please read

Remote patron - how do I return materials?Return directly to CBS Library. You can also send by postal mail at your own expense to CBS Library. Please note that books are not registered as returned until processed by CBS Library.

We realize that you are busy, working and studying at the same time. As an executive master student, you have the choice of having books sent to your home or work address. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you wish to take advantage of these services.
How to get a library cardYour data is automatically transferred from CBS and you can log in to Libsearch using your CBS username and password. To check out items from the self-service terminals, however, you need a PIN. To create a PIN, simply click "Update PIN or Login Credentials" when logged in to Libsearch. Your library card is your yellow social security card.
Advantages- Have books sent to you by mail. Make reservations for the books indicating whether you wish to collect them in the library or have them shipped to your home or work address - shipment is free of charge.
- Borrow books for up to 3 months. The standard loan period is 4 weeks. If another patron makes a reservation for the book, you will receive a notification 4 weeks after taking out the book.
- Loans from other libraries. If you need books, journals, or articles from another library, we will get them for you. The average processing time is 9 days.

Access online resourcesExecutive master students have access to databases from CBS Library both on campus and from home. However, this does not apply to students attending the CBS Executive Fondens courses.
