Lunch seminar by Nadim Morhell, Nanoscience and Nanotechnology Institute, Bariloche. Argentina

In the Nanoscience and Nanotechnology Institute (Bariloche - Argentina), we developed a device that can measure blood viscosity using only a single drop. Low sample measurements are in particular interests of medical doctors of the neonathology area But there is a long road from a concept working with open wires in the lab to a product actually working in a hospital. In this talk I will discuss a little bit about how a small group of scientists in the city of Bariloche have been dealing with innovation around this particular project.

Low cost Blood Microviscosimeter for clinical purposes:

In the Nanoscience and Nanotechnology Institute (Bariloche - Argentina), we developed a device that can measure blood viscosity using only a single drop. Low sample measurements are in particular interests of medical doctors of the neonathology area

But there is a long road from a concept working with open wires in the lab to a product actually working in a hospital.

In this talk I will discuss a little bit about how a small group of scientists in the city of Bariloche have been dealing with innovation around this particular project.
