CBS MBA Alumni Society will host an

Executive Briefing with Race Across America (

RAAM )accomplisher Chris McDonald who will tell his story of setting a goal and making it happen - reaching what seems to very impossible.

McDonald joined RAAM because of two reasons. First, four words: World's Hardest Sporting Event. Second is that through getting in contact with thousands of people, coaching and teaching about healthy and active living, I have realized just how much of a challenge most people face when they set out to change their lifestyle towards improved health and wellbeing.

RAAM was created in 1982 and is now the longest running ultra-distance bicycle endurance competition in the world. RAAM is about generating wattage paced over day and night riding, delicately balanced with managing pain, sleep and nutrition.
