This talk presents current projects at the Computational Social Science Laboratory (CSSL) at the Department of IT Management, Copenhagen Business School: NEXT-TELL, Comparative Informatics, Technology enhanced Teaching and Learning, and Social Media Analytics. The theoretical framework of socio-technical interactions and the methodological framework of comparative informatics are discussed followed by software demonstrations and brief presentation of empirical findings from eye-tracking experiments. Implications for design of computer supported collaboration systems for learning and work contexts and a set of open research questions are discussed in conclusion.
