What is the role of HRM today? What will it be in the future? What can we learn from HRM experts in Denmark and other countries? What kind of knowledge and new competences do we need ourselves? These questions occupy the thoughts of HRM experts across borders and industries. The international Cranet HRM survey and the annual Cranet HRM conference may give you the answers.

The conference headline ’HRM on Business Class’ reflects the fact that strategy and HRM is closely connected. If we are to take HRM seriously, HR experts should be speaking the language of the top management. On the other hand, the top management are the best ambassadors for HRM to an increasing extent, as there is no alternative to a professional employment of human resources. Good HRM gives value for money, but it requires systems thinking from all sides as well as integration of strategy, HRM and performance.

As a participant in the conference you will receive a copy of the new Cranet survey. You will get the opportunity to attend the lectures of a managing director, a line manager and a HR director, who will provide a perspective on the survey and discuss trends and results hereof.
